When I saw that number ($63,000), I thought you couldn't have gone there for a vacation. You might be a businessman(woman) and you would need to find another high SES businessman/woman here who wants $63,000 equilvalent of tugrik.

I'm not sure if HWZ has someone who is so high profile who spends more than five minutes tcss-ing in forums.

Or are you thinking of doing it cheap, including couchsurfing...eating budget, travelling by coach and bus...? I am OK with that as well, as I am quite a seasoned travellor who travelled free and easy going to places travel agents don't bring people to, and using local transport instead of coaches...as local as three wheelers which bring people to villages and the countryside.

Yeah, I know what you mean.

I travelled alone all over China, and I mean ALL OVER CHINA, ALMOST EVERY CITY, and several small towns and villages, free and easy, because my wife did not like to follow me.

It was fun. Maybe it might have been less fun if she had come along.
