Can I move your thread to Apple Clinic?
There'll be more help there :o

What's your Operating System?
Did you upgrade the rams?

Go to System Information and tell us what's your Model Identifier.

MAC OS X..

got it in 2011 or 2013 cannot remember...
Okay, try the normal things to repair the mac.

  1. Reboot the Mac
  2. Hold on to CMD + R to enter Recovery mode
  3. Select Disk Utility
  4. Select Macintosh HD and click Repair Disk Permissions
  5. Once it's complete click Verify Disk
  6. Once that's done. Click Repair Disk
  7. Reboot and see if it hangs again.

Also remember to stay up-to-date

If it still crashes.
It's time to give AppleCare a call.

Can you provide more details? When you say crash, do you mean that your whole screen freezes? Can you still move the mouse cursor? Did you perform any hardware change recently?
