That happens to one of my friends starcraft mouse. Fear not, it is not the Rig issues. Is the Raze Synapse issues. Uninstall everything and reinstall it by downloading the latest software.

Make sure you uninstall the drivers also.

Same thing with my Razer Imperator. That time lazy go RMA so LLST use until the sensor spoil after 1 year and I throw it into the bin. Good riddance.

I will never buy another Razer product after bad experience with Imperator and Lycosa.

Logitech is best...razer is infamous for expensive but useless...good to look at , not good to eat.
Used and thrown away a lycosa keyboard

Last month, I opened up one of my razer deathadder black to access the micro switch. Unlatch the switch to clean the contact to resolve the left click issue.

Logitech best . Never have to clean.
Plugin and it will work. Install the driver if u need more of the advanced drivers.

It just works

I also get that problem almost every single time I boot up my pc. N idea how to fix it. Uninstalled synapse software also not helping. I've just changed the pooling rate last night hoping that's this setting that will fix it. Fingers crossed.

Next try will be to move the USB to a USB 3port

so moving to a USB 3 port didn't make any difference, changing the polling rate from 500 to 1000 also made no difference.

I then went to the extreme of completely removing Synapse 2.0 followed by a reboot - that did the trick!!

i then shut down my PC, cut of the PSU supply from the wall plug for 1 hour and then reconnected everything and subsequently powered up the box. .....

------ . mouse worked perfectly this time upon cold boot up.

based on this its safe to say that Synapse 2.0 is the fault guy!

TS - you should try uninstalling the Razer software but retain the device drivers and then monitor. it should work fine.

well so latest update on this issue is where the problems with a cold boot still persists despite -

1. trying various USB ports including a replicator
2. uninstalling Synapses 2.0
3. With Synapses 2.0

no go - I'm going to get rid of this and get a non-razer mouse - I'm sick of re-plugging the mouse everytime i need to boot up. This is crazy and unacceptable... razer should do something about this.

I spoke too soon. I'm still having problems with connectivity post boot up. Ran out of ideas. I'm going to leave this crap and jump ship to Logitech
