She only poops once every 3 days. And that one time, it is always stone-like poop. And it hurts for her. I know it's sign of constipation. She does eat veggies & drink 400-500ml water daily. Is it not enough water?

My son had the same issue when he was abt 3-4 years old. When he felt like like pooping, they will hide one corner to hold his poo. Sooner or later your toddler will be like 4-5 days to poop.

Its like phobia to them. The poo is hard, they felt pain pushing out.

Try to take more probiotics and make them drink more water and encourage them to poo.

It took my son abt 1 year to naturally poop normally without any issue.

He is now 6yo going 7yo.

My daughter is 2 yo. Eating solid foods like porridge & noodles. Still taking formula too. Thinking to take probiotics. Is it ok to take it daily for that young age? Can she take Bonnisan too? I heard it helps to soften the poo also.

Apple juice
Reduce the amount of formula with regards to water, i.e. dilute it

Please ask a doctor for this as every child is different. Must take note of allergies also :)

This works! Consider to feed more fiber in fruits and vegetables. Don't feed juice as fiber is gone from that

Possible. But likely due to other aspects of her diet. Maybe see a doctor, check if need laxative, then slowly improve diet

My mum used to mix fibre husks in my food when I was younger if I was constipated. I do it for my child now to help his bowel movements. You can find it on Shopee because it's harder to source from physical stores nowadays!
