So I ordered a custom gaming rig from mynextcom about a few weeks back and this is my review! First off I wanna say the guy who owns the shop named Dan, even though I hear he is a one-man show for his shop, he does his job well and very efficiently. I ordered from their online website and picked cash on delivery as the payment method. With a few queries myself as a first-timer into custom rigs, I posed a few questions for him on whatsapp. Not only did he answer them very quickly (for a one-man show), he guided me along for the process. On the day i ordered I requested that it come on Monday and he agreed (I ordered on Friday) and it came right on schedule. Although there was a miscommunication (wanted to build it myself but he built it for me), I was perfectly fine with it (upgrading soon so I can do it myself :3). When it arrived I checked all the parts, they were all in good order and worked perfectly! I will recommend buying from his shop or online website for those who either want a system assembly or are lazy to go to Sim Lim Square to buy (free delivery).
