i think it's the local logistic that mess up the whole experience.

i was waiting for my delivery on the day itself, but they didn't turn up.

turned up on the following, but i wasn't around. ended up collecting it myself at singlost which is the most convenient, rather than catching the timing and wasting time.

does singpost do any redelivery? i thought it's written on the slip, that you can always call in to ask for redelivery.

But i still write in to myprotein. Cos i want them to know how **** up the delivery is. I sent them a total of 4 follow up email ranging from the time parcel damaged to the failure ti send. Companies need to know how bad singpost is.

I also observe with singpost it depends on the weight of the parcel. Heavy items u see likely postman will pull stunt. Ny this package had abt 10kg worth of items. Cannot fit into locker and need to carry all the way up. I realise bulky items sure will failure to deliver or got problem. Smaller packs they wull happily come to your door on time

yah.. read about the postman pulling stunt. but mine didn't. the postman called me when he was outside my unit. i told him to look for my neighbour, but none was around. so can't help it.

you're right, giving them feedback on singpost inefficiency, hoping that they would change to a different logistic partner in future. but i think it's unlikely, as singpost is the cheapest option for them, since it's free shipping for us.

i also have the same perception when i received my smaller myprotein parcel first. i thought that chap must have left the bigger parcel in his van and delivered only the smaller parcel to me. in the end, it was not. the postman holding on to the bigger parcel was with another van and he was unable to deliver it on time.

till now havent get. and parcel already damaged.
the one they say adressee gone away, actually they called me to say they will deliver between 9am to 1pm..waited until 2pm never appeared. went out and came back and saw a slip that says they tried to deliver at 4pm. (SINGPOST)

had to write in to myprotein to get them to redeliver again cos SINGPOST wanted me to come to post office to collect which I insisted I wont cos its error on their part

Yeah sometimes their delivery timing isn't accurate. I use my office address as the delivery address. So far no problem, except have to carry it home by myself from work..

Have a shipment which was supposed to arrive today but suddenly got 'damaged' due to a leak/tear.

Wtf don't know whether it's damaged for real or they just want me to go down to the post office to collect
