Seems like it’s a common thing for myprotein, even for angmoh countries (based on reviews on some other websites) First and last time for me I guess.

am anyone tried to email them as well?

u email them they'll just tell u to wait 30 days..

Still yet to received my package. Ordered on 24 and shipped out on 25. Supposed to received on Monday.

speedpost not even tracking anything

Update on this, received like at 6pm today.
And just checked my tracking. It only start tracking when it was out for delivery, which was today. So don't know why it wasn't tracked when the package arrive Singapore.

Still waiting for my black friday purchase which was dispatch on 30th. So hopefully wll arrived next week?

Update from myprotein customer service.

We are unable to locate the order with the courier therefore we would class this as lost in post. If you still wish to have this order then we'd need to replace this, are you happy for us to do this? -Alicia

They suggested to replace for me and use the ‘normal delivery’ which means I’ll have to wait for another 2 weeks?

Myprotein…. what an ass. Well ordered above $250 worth of products and now I feel like I got scammed

If we ordered from myprotein sg, it’s being prepped locally tho. They don’t have to import from UK itself

same! usually my proteinsg comes in less than 2 weeks, my black friday stuff till now on updates at all, had to email them to check.

Really hope the package isn't missing somewhere. Deja vu when I had a missing order from UK some years back during this year-end period and they (Asos) took 3 months to process a refund.

I did email MP 2 weeks back and they 'advised' to wait 30 days.

Thats right. My hunch is they have EXSTOCK in Sg which the 2 Malay guys handle.
