Restart ONT and everything back to normal.

I think the network engineer on duty is chinese. So he dulan and trolled us all.

Around 4pm I have also encounter major lag when playing on World Of Tanks SEA servers.
It continued for about 15 minutes until I call it quits as my shells keeps finding ghosts of other players and they of course find me a nice target as I sat there for them to target their target on.
