Nope. you will be on Port Take Over... ie: NC will be disconnected/dejumpered and rejumpered to MR Opco.
expect 6 hrs downtime

No, we can do fiber take over for existing subscriber.

For example during 26/3 installation at 9am.

OpenNet will cut the internet at about 2-3am.
MyRepublic will take over the port at about 6-7am on OpenNet side and perform installation at 9-11am.


However, if you are a subscriber of another provider. You can either do a fiber take over or use a 2nd port if the first port is still in use or contract hasn't end yet.

Fiber take over will automatically terminate the old contract.

btw someone called me frm MR last week.. i suspect is for the 1gbps upgrade installation... i didnt pick up as i was busy.. i called back the next day.. the CSO say will find out who called and get the person to call back... bt still have not recv any call

I have not received any call from MR as well with regards to the installation date. Called MR earlier this week to check out the date but was informed that they will get back to me by today. So can anyone from MR give me the confirmed installation date? Thanks a lot once again.
