This is the same result im getting on the Speed Test. Is this due to backend where they havent activate my 1Gbps service?

Who did you PM? I had luck with nivlek1985.

But honestly don't hold your hopes too high on a fast upgrade. Mine was a smooth sailing one and from the time I bought up the thing on upgrade to nivlek1985 to the actual installation day it took about a month.

So in your case which is unfortunately a problematic one, you might have a longer wait.

The biggest problem now with MR is they have completely disappeared from this thread, leaving those with problems none to turn to, and those without problems feared of having a problem.

Btw, plugging direct to ONT should be fast, but im not getting fast speeds.

Could be a faulty ONT.

My Repubic too soon

My republic is not living up to the speed and claiming what they cant keep up . My be singtel ( open net that it manages ) is screwing them over and the toothless IDA as usual protecting Singtel.
Those are possibilities to investigate
Singtel and Starhub is pissed that My republic has some policies that liberates internet and breaks their monopoly . Hulu and Netflix becomes possible at My republic

However My republic is screwing up more and more. initially I had praises for them.
Now I see more interruptions , total loss of internet often .
And Indication that they are messing up and cat swallow when they chewed .

They are most likely stretching themselves .

! way is to create a Ping log. from the router to see if the network is up and log all to support complaints to IDA

What IDA might do can only fall within a few pretty straight forward to guess knowing what I have known them to do .
