Right now I got problem loading some websites like twitch. Can't connect to PSN, can't play Destiny. Speedtest result 94mbps up 28mbps down. (1gbps gamer plan here)

Been getting few minutes no internet during late night these few recent days. Get your **** together MR!

Can MR check and advise me of my recontract. The estimated date stated when i sign up to recontract in Aug was 20+ Oct but i hv yet to receive any info on actual installation date. Nowhere i can check via My Account and when i try to login under '' Order Now'' it shows a login error. Left a message but receive no reply.

I juz need to know what is the status. Customer ID- C10010022

Netflix on Roku

Anyone has problem in viewing Netflix from Roku ? Since yesterday evening it loads to 25% and stops there forever !!

Im on gamer plan, using the 56 router bought together with the plan during sign up. Its asking me to update when i enter the router admin page. Should i update? Also my 5ghz is like totally useless. Cant use since installation. Fyi, im only one using wifi at home. Only 1phone can get the 5ghz but cant use.

Pardon me... but that sounds like the problem is on your end. You don't have any device that can use the 5GHz WiFI.

Your devices need to support 802.11a, 802.11n or 802.11ac protocol in order to detect and connect on 5Ghz frequency.

I don't have Internet connection since 17/10. 24/10 TO MR tech came said it's opennet infrastructure problem. He said opennet will get back to me. I waited until 31/10 and called opennet, they said trouble ticket was cleared back to MR. MR cso still got the cheek to closed my request! I have email to IDA but they pending MR reply.

I have decided to terminate my republic service as I will be the predominately the only user using internet at home. Just wondering, what will be collected from my republic? Would it be router and ONT? However, I have signed up M1 plan where the M1 installer have swapped the ONT for a new ONT but the older ONT has been taken by M1. Will Myrepublic require the old ONT back?
