I find youku and tudou generally OK now. 95% of the time can do 2nd high quality without lag. and lowest quality 99% no problems. This was up from total unwatchable even at lowest quality few months back. The top quality one however is still unwatchable during peak hours although few videos have available stream.

Is MR having some issues? All my downloads arent commencing and torrents are all stuck at 'connecting to peers'...
