Singtel Fibre Broadband 500Mbps, 300Mbps, Free Up To 6 Months, Sony PlayStation 4 PS4, Apple Macbook Air PC SHOW 2014 Price List Brochure Flyer Image

($47.45 x 19month) / 24month = $37.60
FOC Modem installation.

Does this makes sinktel the cheapest ?? even better than M1's 200Mbps?
Any catch why sinktel so low priced? bandwidth or torrent limits during peak?

47.45 is after 5 mths deduction.... theres a hidden activation fee as always .

I nvm seen a promo in my life that stinktel is the cheapest among the ISP yet and perhaps for the rest of my life too.

sign up in 2012 and so fast my contact ending soon. seem tat the laojiao like Lawrence, MarkIp , Nick all resign liao or no more supporting this thread and this thread run by fella bro forumers.

can see MR service all going downhill and I remember their strong points was using forumer to engage user. now coming back to this thread and seeing so many complain about the date of the 1gbps plan makes me think twice.

any1 knows if sign up the 300mbps plan still need to go thru the hassle like the 1gpbs plan?

MR Contract Buy Back plan is "Eligible for all customers on a contract with a non-MyRepublic ISP in Singapore".

Only applicable if derazor is currently not on MR.

Hey everyone, we're back.

Yes, it's been a while since anyone from MyRepublic has posted on the forums. We also kinda have been behind on our backlog of PMs - if you haven't received a reply from us regarding an issue, please PM us again and we'll be sure to reply.

So what happened? Simply put, various departments and teams -including those of us who usually frequent the forums and social media - were reorganised to bolster customer service and operations. Our online chat team, for example, was dramatically increased in strength so that we could change operation hours from 9am-5pm to 10am-11pm (I oversee this team together with another manager).

We've recently (and finally) reached a point where our backlog is sufficiently cleared that we can return to our "usual" roles. I know we should have communicated more often on these forums, but we were throwing in 11-13 hour days for some weeks so it's been quite intense. :s12::s12::s12:

Let us know if we can help with anything guys.

It is not worth going for MR Contract Buy Back plan if your termination fee is more than $200. If termination fee is equals or less than $200, then yes.

Sorry for the lack of info

1. I'm from Singtel

2. Ending in Sept 14. That $200 enough to cover?

3. Can anyone explain OTC?

4. Besides monthly sub and OTC. Any other hidden charges like one time activation charge etc? Don't want any surprises.

5. If sign up in the show, when is the earliest installation date?

1. Which plan are you currently on?

3. OTC is one-time standard service activation charge of $58.

4. You can refer to A Clear & Complete List of MyRepublic Fibre Broadband One-Time Charges.

If you terminate with Singtel before sept, they will ask you to pay back the remaining amount of your monthly bill. Eg, $49 a month plan times the number of month before contract ends.

So what MR is doing is that they will give new sign ups a credit of up to $200 based on the termination amount you paid to Singtel. That $200 can be used to pay your bills and such.

From what I know, there is only a OTC of $58, MR and VQ don't have hidden charges like traffic lights. Average waiting time is about 1 month after sign up? Maybe IT fair will have to wait longer cus more people sign up. If you dont want any downtime for your internet, only terminate your plan with Singtel after MR network is already activated in your house.

Explanation clear enough? I should go work for MR alr hahaha:s13:
