Not to sound like I am trying to defend MR.. but I have been enjoying amazing speed on MR (i don't twitch and for most of my use, BT, youtube, fc2 etc.. was fast) as well since their initial launch to the current 1Gbps.

End of the day, which ISP to is use is up to you but I would suggest you don't go around bashing ISP with your own assumption. Don't assume for example Twitch is the only thing people use on the internet and condemn an ISP to no end. Tell people the reason for your unhappiness and not just a blanket calls to say its not good.

MR has been great for me too on 100mbps.love them deep deep. That's why got upgrade for 1000mbps. Then choose to upgrade lor.

Still I trust after this incident is solved, all will be well.

Enjoy? I sure am, watching on the 47" TV..
For the record, I am on 1gbps MR staying in the west.
The stream is on wireless ipad chrome casting to the TV.

I do not know y, but twitch works better for me on wireless than on wired.
But ironically, I am on the wired PC most of the time.....
So the buffer issue still affects me ..

From what I see before 9pm, speedtest was normal except when using Singtel's server. Was only able to get 0.99Mbps lol

Right now every server is behaving strangely slow. But on myrepublic's own speedtest server its fine.

Ever since the maintenance started it has been like that, dont know what they are doing lol. And my area was done last night but I see no changes yet.

Think the problem with speedtest might not just contain within north area. I am in west side but I am experiencing same things.

On the other hand I don't feel any slowdown in surfing at all.

I mean normal surfing not with speedtest because it seems like west area is not affected but only north area based on the few feedback.

Yes right (sorry u quoted the speedtest results so I included that in my post), but I am talking about the differences from what I can see when it comes to whether its area dependent or not.

Y is my modem constantly has LOS bliking red light? Tried troubleshooting tips on google search but still not much diff. Any help guys?
