My internet is down now.. anybody encounter the same issue.

Staying at jurong west area.

surfing the net using my free starhub cable now.

anybody encountering the same issue

I am staying at Jurong West Avenue 1 and am having the same issue. I have rebooted twice and still cannot surf net. Currently using my Singtel data plan to surf net.

These few days not only is the connection no good but the speed also slow.

Reboot third time finally can connect. Really waste my precious time. Work whole day long come home still have to work on connection. Tired.

if u have issues with (partial) customer base, at least sound it out quickly and give reassurance not hide in the dark and let us grapple in the dark for nothing...

wanted to change at first as well but seem starhub have high freq of down time, singtel dun protect your privacy, M1 seem ok cept my friend experience problem while playing online game

so if possible i still rather stay in MR for now

yep i mention it at the last page. i give up after restarting the ONT and router twice n just restart my com n it works

I think i also give up on getting 300Mbps. just use the 100mbps I can get from my router. at least i no paying $59 now

I called them. Now they told me i not eligible to recontract to this new plan until next year Mar14. WTF. He said sorry for the confusion of the email i received. No CS try to contact me and explain at all. After sales service in my republic is really sux. look like M1 also dont throttle now. I will switch back to M1 next year when contract end.

The static route method works - I was unable to ping 8.8.8.8 when it was set in the router.

However, Netflix simply refused to load.

If you are running a router where you have command-line access to, you can try the following iptables rules:

iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -d 8.8.8.8 -j DNAT --to-destination 103.11.48.190
iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -d 8.8.4.4 -j DNAT --to-destination 103.11.48.126
iptables -A FORWARD -d 103.11.48.190 -j ACCEPT
iptables -A FORWARD -d 103.11.48.126 -j ACCEPT

This will reroute any DNS request sent to 8.8.8.8 to MyRepublic's DNS server instead. I got Netflix running on Chromecast and also my Android devices this way.

Mine was down this morning, i did a reboot of ONT and it came back up.

end up is my Blue cat5e cable to the PC that is faulty but MR guy tested from the router and couldnt get the speed. so weird

Anyone got problem accessing Netflix or Hulu even though you did subscribe to Teleport?

is there any issue with BT download today? I'm basically limited to 10kB/s. There are a lot of seeders so I don't think that that's an issue. BT download was ok for the past few days.

Yeah, I haven't missed teleport for a few months now.
I got myself a year of unotelly.
