Sorry should have asked more specifically. I meant to check how many lines we have in total with all telco and mvno.
Don't really know of any method except waiting for the bill reminders and legal letters to arrive to find out that you have more lines than you are aware of.

ah..didnt read properly.. wondering why I am getting their news on BB when I am only their mobile subscriber..information overload..
They did indicate MyRepublic Broadband on their email header. Anyway, I'm also on their mobile service only, though waiting to look into porting out closer to end of present BB contract.

My bad. I meant my BB is not with MyRep, thus only their mobile service now. Might port to them later, not sure yet as still looking around. ;)

Does anyone have issue activating MyRepublic's eSim with iphone 13?
Yeah, having problem with it.

Was using M1 physical sim with MyRepublic eSIM on my previous 12 without issues. But was unable to activate eSIM on the 13.

I suspect you got to deactivate or remove the plan of the eSIM on your 12 first before activating on the 13.

got sms that I have requested for a change in plan...I thot due to the cyberattack incident and someone have hacked into my account..

have to get thru to the Customer Service and was told existing customer will get free extra data and talk time..

MR is not managing this correctly to term the change as "requested by me"

Sounds like another brainless message sent out to users, reminds me of one I got from TPG.

Such encounters make me wonder what's happening behind the scene, like they don't have anyone/time to send a decent message anymore...

Changing from which plan to which plan??

MyRepublic should at least send email announcement before implementing the changes.

Else people may assume something may have happened and giving the customer unwanted anxiety.

Think decided to give extra data and talktime, maybe to make up for recent boo boo, but ended up using existing communication message that said user requested for the change of plan. Trying to cut down on number of port-out because users no longer have confidence in them...?

With this type of grab-and-send messages, will users really be happy?

Better keep on top of it, and track your correspondence (Name of staff you spoke to, date and time, screenshots of texts, etc...).

In case anything happens further down, you can still draw on these to lodge a formal complaint with IMDA and the necessary authorities (eg, Police report for fraudulent transactions, etc..).

There was an email sent to inform that MyRepublic will be giving extra 2GB data, 200 mins and 200 SMS from the next renewal cycle onwards for 6 months.

But the SMS to inform on the plan change did not quite align with the email as it mentioned plan change, which sounds to me like a permanent change.

Poor change management.
