All bros on MR plan and wanna prevent caller from leaving a voicemail, and since VM cannot be cancel totally. So i chat with MR Customer service and he taught me a "method" to bypass the voicemail.
Below is my chat transcript with him.

Mark: Please be advised that the voicemail cannot be removed but you can activate the answer service message as replacement of the voice mail so that callers cannot leave a message but only hear your recorded message.

Mark: Below are the steps to enable the answer service message - Dial 1334/ +6588741334 -
Press 9 to change settings -
Press 3 to change answer service message -
Then select option to record the answer service message -

IMPT Reminder, it is the *Answer service message* and NOT the "welcoming message"

Hope it helps.

cool. thanks bro.

Just received the SIM card for another new number. However, seems like I never receive any email on the login name and password like my first one which I signed at the store.

Does it mean that it is not activated yet?

found this June 2018 article but dont know if still up to date not:

For MyRepublic, the throttled speed will range from "384 kilobits per second (Kbps) to 1Mbps and 1.2Mbps, but the average will be 500Kbps", said its chief marketing officer Shivendra Singh.

https://www.todayonline.com/singapo...e-scene-boundless-data-3-new-mobile-plans-s35

if average 4G download speed is already 44.31mbps, 384kbps how to use sia.

[updated]

actually the email is received. yeah. indeed the email is received after the card delivered.

this round the username given is without extra number one.
xxx@yyy.com
this is the first number i registered online.

although my second number i got it earlier becos i went to store to sign up.
so the second number get user name of xxx@yyy.com898.
so ony second number onwards they dun use ur original email as user id.

i just did a live chat with agent to merge my account. I told them i want to keep the username of xxx@yyy.com. she said, i will notificed by sms once it is done.

The article is old and outdated already. The speed after 6GB is confirmed at 384kbps for both download and upload.

Basically the throttled is only suitable for WhatsApp, web surfing. Other than it is not suitable.

It is not too bad still I would say. Dun expect to use mobile data for video streaming on the go. If you only use for WhatsApp and web surfing, 6GB is still ok. After that still got unlimited data on all these actually to me it is perfectly fine. At least this plan u no need to worry about exceeded pay per use data usage. And the free talktime and sms are more than enough at 300.

So monthly u are confirmed to pay only $10 nett including GST. It is a perfect plan for most people.

what is the limit of the boundless data at managed speed?
For 384kbps of speed, one can download 104.2843GB monthly if you download 24x7.

last time the throttled speed is higher, so one can download more than enough if he really wants.

Besides, my invoice for this new number received today appeared in the system immediately. Same date as the activation date of this line.

As a contrast, my second number applied at the store only appeared few days later.

even the higher does not have the similar amount of talktime and sms than the lite plan.

IDD rate is indeed cheap. About same cost as local calls.

Don't think so, normal they will send when you receive the SIM card. Maybe you check your spam mail see if it was diverted there?

Received already. And the username is my exact email with no special number behind.

Already submitted request to merge my accounts.
