yup. since already paid. just use until the end of billing cycle.

now other than my main number on circles life now. 20GB.

I will likely to maintain extra two more lines (with GiGa numbers port over)
either
1) 2 x MR lite lines
2) 1 x MR lite line + 1 x CMLink line

Up to you. CMLINK $5 for 6 months only. The pros: you enjoy singtel for 6 months and it get back to $15. No volte not good.

I am planning to sign the CMlink $30 plan with 20GB. Now promo price $10 for 6 months on 2nd month onwards. So work out the effective cost will be $12.86/mo over 7 months.

extra $7.86 per month but more extra data, talktime and smses.

You use CMLink before too? How was it? Just worry OTP is not working after port-in.

Seriously I never really bother about VoLTE. Even my circles life is on VoLTE, i dun really benefit much from it since i dun data while making calls. :D

Same as zero1 grid n giga..

I think grid does match their data at 17.90 after 6 months if you like it.

They target more toward the Chinese national.

Have been with M1 since 1997. Contract ended 060620. On 070620, went down to AMK Hub, to port 2 lines. It was done in 15 mins.

SMS came from M1 at midnight, indicated porting request was successful.

As a low usage user, MR has provided a great service, by introduction of a low cost plan, and it suited my needs to reduce cost. Bravo.

But MR requires a $100 deposit is it?
Monthly bills is via credit card?

yesterday the new MR lite line with singtel number port in i signed at the store. old line no more signal at 11pm as usual. around 12:30am fully ported over and reflected on the MyRepublic app.

Same as zero1 grid n giga..

yes grid has about similar data at that price, but their talktime is a bit too little at only 120 mins.

I just plan to use the CMLink for 7 months then port out after that unless they have any new promo that time which i think it may be unlikely. even have also maybe for new customers only.

I will probably take your first option hahaha

yeah. actually also plan to keep two MR lite lines for future use if they are not really going to extend the promo after 30 June 2020.

Although don't use much mins and sms, having more still better in case in times of need. Plus unlimited throttled data. Good deal ah

Heard from some Bros here that $100 deposit might only be due to the person's credit or something. Like your track record with the payment with different Telco. Don't need for most of us

Bills can be via credit card or debit card

The security deposit depends on the individual credit rating. Some people are required to pay security deposit while most people did not need to pay.

We do not know why. Just try your luck in signing up.

yes, correct.

that's one one can sign a MR lite plan by 30 June to keep the $10 promo plan.
Then only later then port over any number to the MR lite.

MR is one of the MVNO that support this 'delayed' port in. The other one i know of is CMLink.

Bro hereiam, by delayed port in, means I sign new line to port in my number into MyRepublic. But I can port another number into that account again afterwards? So its like a double port in ah. Or must I sign a new line?

Do you mean MR bills based on a calendar month?

They do not bill base on calender month. The billing month will be based on your activation date. They have a few billing cycles set by MyRepublic.

28th of the month and 1st of the month. Not sure about other dates.

Based on my experience, I received MR SIM on 29th and 30th of the month, my billing date starts 1st of the following month.

I wasn't charged for 29th to 31st.

Yes they should.

However is all about revenue, all go down to cost. Especially when the company mainly invested with "G".

Maybe TPG will come out with a new XL plan. (not trial) - Support them if they come out with it.

Actually TPG got come out with the $10 50gb plan but din really see anyone talking about it?

Suggest u leave a comment in their Facebook page.

Now I divert various call types to +651. E.g. when unreachable, caller will hear an engage tone & line cut off. Side effect is missed call notification won't work.

Someone suggested to use the welcome answering message, that will also deduct from the bundle minutes when u receive a call.

hi, so your method is just forward all calls to an invalid number, incoming call gets cutoff immediately, and the call won't eat into lite plan's bundled outgoing 300 minutes ? thanks.

Should not be all calls unless u are using the line for data. I’ve diverted 3 call type to +651 - When busy, not answered & unreachable. This divert won’t eat into the bundle minutes.

yes. they are treated seperately.

Number A (New number upon signing up a new TPG lite plan) -> Number B (submit the port-in request form) -> Number C (submit the port-in request form)...

This cycle can continue on. you can even port-in a number that is not under your name (transfer ownership) with the port-in request form.

My current tpg HV tis problem.

MR is riding on M1 network, the coverage is reasonable. Not as excellent as compare to red and green telcos for sure but ok.

TPG is not suitable to be used for main line for anyone now due to the coverage now especially for underground MRTs. do note that TPG has only 4G network, so there is no backup of 3G network in the case of no 4G coverage also. If you had chosen to use TPG as main line, you need to acknowledge and

Do you mean MR bills based on a calendar month?

MR bill is based exactly on the date of activation of your service - delivery dat of the sim card to you or the date you sign up at store.

similar to the reply about. one should just use TPG line as pure data plan now. Mostly nowadays people have only one line a main line, thus you will hardly see people sign up another line of TPG although it is cheap.

Ok so my context would be

Number A (new number when signing up new MR lite plan) -> Number B (number from giga port in thru request form) -> Number C (if I wanna port in another number into this MR lite plan)
