Yah have that for awhile. That why some user kanna asked by telco asking for deposit before provide you mobile .

nope, don't think they will care much about UNO. They are now pretty much focused on Lite and Core plan. UNO plan only gives them $8/mth.

But they still need to think how to migrate users from Starhub to M1. They told me that a contract term must be made between Starhub and M1.

Hi guys, i just switched to MR few days ago. as i didn't make calls,i only realized today that when i select "prefered network > 4G" (this is default normally), i cannot call out! all the numbers i called become server unreachable (for eg. my Mum's phone right beside me).
so i tried select 3G instead, then i can call out.

Do you guys have this problem or know what's wrong with it?

For me today afternoon calls to two colleagues mobile got connected but neither they could me nor I. Since I have a 2nd TPG simn I used them temporarily to complete my work. After some time I called MR tech support and reported the issue. This time MR line worked perfectly well. All happened over a 1 hr period and from the same location without moving the phone.

Later in the night I called a 3rd no, the call went without issues. Not sure what is wrong.

During the MR call I enquired with the support guy whether calls to MR support get deducted my outgoing minutes and he said yes. Can't they waive this off?

I look at talktime n sms too. Data wise, not so important since is for work. Talktime more important so even 20gb is overkill for me

There is a Value Plan with 1000 talktime and 1000 SMS.

yes, the first tab got, kept on showing got error, need refresh but refresh also does not help.

their app is quite buggy.

even the recurring monthly add-on does not show properly also.

think i will cancel my order that is delivering on 1 aug too.
signed up just to keep the order but think now no need anymore. no point paying extra monthly.

i am on $7 circles life plan for my main line too.

besides, i think MR has many 'overlapping' plans now.
a lot of their plans are similar with little difference in terms of data/talktime/sms for the similar price range. dun think it is necessary. they should try to streamline the plans.
