managed to cancel your order?

think i will cancel my order that is delivering on 1 aug too.
signed up just to keep the order but think now no need anymore. no point paying extra monthly.

i am on $7 circles life plan for my main line too.

besides, i think MR has many 'overlapping' plans now.
a lot of their plans are similar with little difference in terms of data/talktime/sms for the similar price range. dun think it is necessary. they should try to streamline the plans.

Circles life usually don't extend offer.
While 7 dollar is a great deal, I seldom use more than 5 gig so myr lite really good for me, esp when beyond that u get unlimited abeit slow speed.i also like free incoming and more talk time. Circles life sometime goes too close to 100 minutes.

Sign up originally cos I tot MYR lite is ending, so was willing to forget 3 bucks per mth for 3mths to catch the deal , now no hurry la.

Also I like that u can top up 5.9 to get extra 10 gig should I evlove to be a bigger data user. Even if I add on to 20 gig, it's still 20 bucks for 20 gig, similar to other mvmo plans.

yeah. indeed no need to be hurry now.

i also will use the $7 plan until nov. likely by then or later i will sign up singtel two years cis plan to get the iphone 12 pro max.

besides, i recon u to do a live chat with them on ur order cancellation request.
I had sent them a number porting form to port my Giga number to the MR lite line i have on 1 Jul. Until today 4 Jul it is still not processed. Previously I sent the form on friday, next mon my number was already ported over.

Just now only i live chatted with them then only they are following up on my process now. Need to wait till maybe next tues/wed then the number will be ported also. lucky my giga number billing cycle is until 20 Jun 2020 so there is still enough time.

At the same time, I also requested the cancellation of my pending service order which will be delivered on 1 Aug too.

Take awhile for them to respond to their tickets. Refunds also same thing. Average 5 to 8 working days.

Do check your card statements for the next few months. Sometimes their overcharging is next level one.

They will auto call you when they can't deduct the money.

Zero1 is a lousy customer service with anyhow billing. Need to go down to their office to bang table!

If you are porting your number from Zero1, there is no need to submit any termination. It will auto terminate once your number is ported over to MR.

Restarted tried in 2 phones (iPhone and android), not working

Just check if your phone has VoLTE and if it has what band/version of LTE does it use. I have old phone and it's spec has LTE, but I have never seen it work on VoLTE. Or others with similar phone can comment. My Samsung A30S works well with VoLTE.

It should be possibly a location based issue or time period issue that VoLTE is down with no one knowing it is down

Iirc MyRepublic Mobile don't have this VAS.

For MVNO, I am aware that Zero1 have this VAS.
Cost $5.35 for private number aka non-display.

Thank you. I noticed Grid mobile also have it. I switch from MR to Grid last month, but my new employment needs more call minutes which MR perfectly fits, it will be better if they have caller non display.

Cos now might need to call people who I don't want them to know my number

TPG 4G voice app you can activate caller non-display.

I tried on the Trial Sim and no additional charges was incurred.

Just go to the app setting page to hide your number.

I not sure does if it works natively on VoLTE.
