Already terminated my republic through app on the day I do not want the line. However, I still receiving mail staying demanding for payment now and then. Unable to contact them. Anyone experience the same?

You got to check the billing cycle, sounds like a new billing cycle and you had to make payment for it even terminated.
After the fibre split, no more hotline but can contact MR Mobile on FB to clarify.

We shall see if MyRepublic is going to deploy StarHub IMSI into the existing M1 4G SIM card like what MyRepublic did many years ago when they move the Customer from StarHub 4G network to M1 4G network.

Most likely they will trigger a mobile number porting to swing the existing customer's phone number from M1 network to StarHub Network.

Is the free 1st month promotion still valid? I tried the codes JUSTRYLAH and JUSTRY5G and both returned invalid.

StarHub to move all MyRepublic Mobile customers onto its network​

SINGAPORE – StarHub will move all of MyRepublic’s 4G and 5G customers onto its network, expanding its share in the Singapore consumer mobile market.

Announced by StarHub on Aug 6, the agreement builds on the two companies’ existing mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) 5G partnership established in 2022.

An MVNO is a mobile service provider that does not own any physical network infrastructure.

It also comes after StarHub completed its acquisition of MyRepublic’s broadband business in August 2025, when it bought the remaining 49.9 per cent stake for $105.2 million. StarHub had acquired an initial 50.1 per cent stake in 2022.

The latest move will involve moving MyRepublic’s 4G customers to StarHub’s network from M1’s.

MyRepublic had been leasing its 4G mobile network from M1 since September 2020.

Both telcos did not disclose how many customers would be affected by the deal, or when the transition would be completed, but noted that customers will be contacted by MyRepublic’s customer service team to ensure a smooth network transition.

Hahaha enjoy the solid speed like Eight at certain location, thank you Starhub helping free 4G allocation bandwidth for M1.

MyRepublic has provided more information about the 4G network transition :

Affected 4G customer are required to replace their SIM card and the roaming partners are subjected to changes.

Upon receiving new 4G SIM card, a temporary number are assigned to the customer, the number porting request will be triggered and shall replace the temporary number with the customer original mobile number. Thereafter, customer shall continue to enjoy their service on StarHub Network.

their roaming plans are expensive compared to other MVNOs.

This was the main reason for me using MR as well.
Are there any other alternatives to MR talk app from other telcos?
