Okay, just rooted, Titanium Backup also running. :D

Titanium backup is showing "External Storage" as /storage/sdcard0 which is actually internal storage

How can i change it to /storage/extSdCard ?

I only managed to change the backup directory but not the external storage directory.

What i want to do is to move some big apps like GPS maps and backup apps settings to microSD card

That's not what Titanium Backup is used for, moving apps to microsd.

It doesn't matter what it shows on the bottom, what you choose as the backup directory is at that matters.

thanks, i tried both but can't work leh

for DirectoryBind, the app managed to copy the data over (which mean the path is correct) but then after copying, DirectoryBind says the path invalid

just to confirm, the paths are:

/storage/sdcard0
/storage/extSdCard

Hey guys, may i ask what can i do if i used the Triangle Away and still shows 1?

I rooted the Note 2 that i got from Singtel and downloaded the Triangle Away 2.10, installed it and ran the app. It wasnt able to read the count so i rebooted into special mode and reset counter and device status. After a follow up reboot i go settings to check still see device status as "Modified" and i ran Triangle Away again and it still shows counter as 1.

What am i doing wrong? Some guru can advise?

*Edit* I checked under download mode and i see Custom Binary Download: NO . Does that mean that it has reset the counter?

You're supposed to map respective folders for those apps with data on internalsd u wanna move, not map the entire internal sd to external sd.

Read through the thread, those using S3 should be the ones u follow, I assume Note 2 files structure is same as S3's.

Even if you could, you wouldnt want to as you normally will lose root.

Wont you lost the ability to upgrade to better firmware? 4.1.x or 4.2 in future? Could you unroot it/restore to stock rom and get the update going again?

You can still flash the firmware yourself instead of updating via KIES.

yes, i know, i tried to bind something like

source: /storage/extSdCard/Aura
target: /storage/sdcard0/Aura

but I will get invalid path AFTER the apps moved the files over.

that's why i am puzzled too
