I'm planning on applying for diploma in music in NAFA next year. However, I won't get the subsidized fees because I took up a non-related diploma prior and it's really expensive. I'm 21 this year, and financial wise it's tight. I was thinking of applying in 2018 to earn the money and relearn my choice of instrument. But my concern is my age will be 23 that year. Does the age matter? :/
