Nagashima spa land

Has anyone been to Nagashima spa land before?

I'm considering a visit when I'm in Nagoya and was wondering if it's worth spending 1 of my days there.
How is the place if say we compare it with Fujikyu highland?

Isnt this the Spain theme park ? Espana or something ?

It's a regular theme park, a water park, an onsen and a outlet mall all gathered in 1 area
