Just went to the west mall level 3 outside library. Girl was bad attitude. Made me wait while she then went to tidy the earphone wires. She wasn't doing anything before I asked her

And the cutting was done in a split second. Without any care whatsoever. Now my SIM card has a partial cut in the metal portion. However can still use. Side of the plastic also splintered

Just cut from normal sim to micro sim 1-2 weeks ago. Great service! Just need to show them that you're referred by the hwz forum - screenshot or something. Then they will cut the sim for you for free.

Works fine and they use the puncher to do it!
