if i am short-168cm, can i use a lower bar during pull up test?

since there are 2 types of pull up bar at most exercise corner, 1 slightly lower than the other.

Does it matter? As long as u start off in a dangling position. Whether the bar is 10km high or 2m high also no diff

some bars too high for me, need jump really high.
only my fingers can grip the bar, so it's awkward and hard to pull.

Uhuh so??????????? Can pull means can pull, cannot means cannot. Whether low or high doesn't make a diff

in SAF camp the lower bar is female use one leh....the rest all same height


and 168 short?.......
