NAS DRIVE FAILURE UNDER WARRENTY

Hi , good ppl of HWZ

I bought a 2 bay NAS from shopee recently and 1 of the drives failed after 2 weeks, may I know for
RMA , where should I go ? It is a WD drive, so I should go WD for RMA ?

It depends where you got the drives from. If you got them as part of the NAS, then the NAS seller should warranty it for you. If you got it separately, then yes go to WD if it's a WD drive.

thank you ! This info helped a lot. Haiz , my drive came with the NAS so will go back to the seller to seek help.
Lucky I supported local shop, so now a trip to SLS is necessary
