I visited a polyclinic for a referal today and i scanned with my 11b,however i still had to pay at the counter. Will i have to pay for my subsequent trips at nsc? I was told that everything was supposed to be free

Jokes aside, when you register in polyclinics, show them your 11b and you shouldn't pay for anything alr. If they ask for payment tell them you under 11b
