Didn't know there were so many camps in NBS!

I wanted to go for the nbs foc camp, but I kinda know I might not get in based on the "selection criteria". Still don't know if I should try...


Just out of curiousity, why are the other camps in NBS free, but the NBS FOC costs 60 bucks?
