NCS nucleus program vs uni??

I currently have a diploma. i see from the nuclues program site it seems quite good. heard from a friend, they train you up with bootcamps courses etc should i go for that? or go for uni(computer science in uo8 australia)(2 years)

If eligible, for a poly diploma holder in Singapore, nothing beats a Full-Time
Degree Programme at a local university.
