Was issue a summon for smoking littering when I was able to produce my cigarettes butt from within the empty pack on my hand when the officer approached me. Told them I had witness around and the butt from the cigarettes I smoke yet he insisted he saw me from across the street that I’ve dumped it into the drain. When asked for evidence, he told me there isn’t any. Police came and ask for the same thing, he couldn’t provide any evidence as there was none. Got issue a summon based on nothing when I had my evidence and my witness since he insisted on it. How is the officers able to abuse such authority ?
