for single with no commitment is easier to quit, those with kids have to bite the bullet and endure
That’s also the problem. They have no motivation, don’t want to progress and want status quo and get salary only. Should ask them to resign.

If i can get a 10% increment while working lesser than 42hours per week, i sure jump ship also la.

I want to, but i doubt i can.
So.... Back to continue working in my current place.

i thought a job is pay money for services.

as long as person do all the tasts in job description properly means pay salary.

but in sg a lot of ppl will still ask u do more, outside scope, chut a lot of pattern lol

in the end business dont improve but become worse haha

i saw someone a joker write he is a high performing executive in his bio website. this is after the moron did like -50% for 2 years. really is shameless sinkies.

Well, it depends u want to grow not.

If you don’t want to grow and take on more with promotion in view, then I can also add and change your jd till you leave.

so might as well just grow yourself. If you want to stay on and jlb, and coy is growing, you better make sure your networks are there to help you find a jlb role - good luck.
