OWC TB Docks are a good place to start. Alternatively, there is Caldigit

I actually use a Lenovo USB-C Gen 2 dock for my 15" MBP. It's a single cable solution, and works with other computers as well.

Their Thunderbolt docks work great for a friend of mine.

You have to decide what type of monitor/monitors you will be connecting to as part of your consideration. Some only support up to 1080p even if they support 2 monitors or more.

OWC, Wavlink, Caldigit are good options. Also check if it has enough power to charge your notebook, usb, usb-c that you want/need to connect/charge etc.

For example the 17-in-1 Baseus looks good but the DC power connector cannot power up the notebook and cannot support two or three monitors if used with Mac OS, so it's more of a PC dock.
