Need a lightweight, small screen laptop

Anyone have experience buying smaller laptops online? Almost everything listed is either 14inch or 15.6 inch screen, I'm in need of a small lightweight laptop with a smaller screen size (like 11 to 12inch). I already have a capable enough desktop rig so I really dont need anything high-end or powerful. Mostly gonna be used for simple note-taking, video-calls, watching youtube, torrented movies, and light indie games (i.e. side-scrollers, rpgmaker games). My budget is around 600. Preferably not a chromebook.

Given your budget and requirement, have you consider getting an iPad and get a keyboard?
