Need a new rig for me based on below specs. Any adjustments need to be made to keep it below $1k? Not a core gamer. More to web design/photoshop use. Probably a little battlefield games once in a while.

- ATX case
- i7 4th Gen
- Mboard with USB 3.0, 4 slots ram
- PSU 550W
- 8G RAM DDR3 10,666
- 1TB HDD 7200rpm
- 2GB nvidia Gfx card
- Win 7 64bit ultimate (original)

***Recommend you get the ASUS R9 290 @ $428, better performance than GTX 760 for gaming, but for editing is another story..

1k wont justify an i7.

Silverstone Essential 500w 80+ PSU ~ $55
CoolerMaster 311 USB 3.0 Chassis ~ $54

Windows 8.1 OEM ~ $115 ( Go for Windows 8.1 for the utilize of more than 16gb ram)

Total ~ $1036. Buy at tradepac. DIY
