Can squeeze in 980TI?
24" monitor
Casing with window
No need wifi
Budget at 2K-2.5K
Prefer to buy all in singapore

Zotac seems better as got user on hardforum claimed 10 degrees lower than his older G1 and quieter too.

Performance wise, Zotac wins Palit.

But there are other issues to consider:
1) Zotac has no LED on the card. At least Palit provides. Aesthetics issue here.
2) Warranty issue: 2+3 years for Zotac, full 3 years for Palit.
3) Zotac is more expensive than Palit, after u apply same promo discount codes and wadever price reductions on both cards. Price issue.

CPU Cooler (Stock)
Front Intake Fan (Stock)
Top Intake Fan (Stock)
Back Exhaust Fan (Stock)

I am going to buy a CPU cooler to replace the stock one. Can you recommend me which to buy? Can you also help advise if my fan setup is correct?

Since you're using an i5-6500 a 80/92mm fan cooler like the Xigmatek Loki will be fine.
