Need advice: Iphone 5 screen distorted with coloured lines

Hi all,

My wife dropped her iphone5 recently and that caused the left half of the screen to be distorted with vertical coloured lines. The right side of the screen is still responding to touch but not the left side. The screen did not crack but it is bungling out on the left top corner. Any recommendation on where do i send it for repair? i have no applecare for this iphone. Thanks in advance.
