Thanks for the advice. I would try amazon for the ssd and maybe the ram.
try amazon for which parts? for cpu and mobo, i suggest u wait it out since the price offered is pretty good, even i cant match some of his prices with my taobao-fu. for ssd and ram id say amazon is a safe bet. the only thing u should look out for is who the seller is. if it is from amazon sg (which it usually is) then it should be safe. last time got a lot of fake china storefronts offering parts at insanely good prices, which were of course scams, but most of them are gone now. still, do take ur time to check if the seller is legit.

For now, i will stick to one 512gb or 1tb nvme ssd for boot drive and storage to reduce cost.:s12:
I would want to upgrade the storage in the future.
i think it is not bad. what types of harddisk and configuration are you using ?
2 harddisks - SSD for OS and SATA for data
1 harddisk

Actually what ram spec would you recommend? I noticed that there are different ram like the CL-type and speed. I dun really understand the CL part.
Do you mind giving me suggestions for ram?:D

for zen 2 the best speed is between 3200-3600mhz ram. the cl number refers to the latency of the memory, so the lower then cl number, the lower the latency which is better.
