Need advice on Cebu

Hi!

i'm going to cebu for 5d4n at end of the year and need advice on my itinerary

Day 1:
- arrive cebu at 4am
- head down to oslob for whaleshark swimming and tumalog falls
- overnight at oslob
Day 2:
- take a boat to Bohol
- Panglao/ island hopping
- overnight at oslob
Day 3:
- Chocolate Hills
- chill at panglao
- overnight at oslob
Day 4:
- ferry to Cebu main island
- either stay in Cebu city or Mactan
Day 5:
- flight back to SG

I also heard that there are no proper boats/ ferry from Oslob to Bohol (i don't want to risk my life by taking an illegal boat) so i would need to go back up to the city and take the ferry. In that case, should I even go to Bohol or just stay on the main island - head to Moalboal instead?

Why do you overnight in Oslob on Day 2 and 3?
What do you mean by ferry to Cebu main island on Day 4 (if you are in Oslob)?
If you are going to explore Bohol you should be based in Panglao.
If you dun wan to leave Cebu island, you can try to book a bangka in Oslob for a day trip to Balicasag for some snorkeling. Your time seems to be quite limited ... perhaps staying on Cebu island and do Oslob, Moalboal and some waterfalls will suffice ... Chocolate Hills are erm ... the tarsiers are cute though.

I too considered the boat from Panglao to Oslob but it was quite expensive and the schedule was not firm. I ended up taking the standard ferry to the Cebu and rode to Oslob instead.

Here's my itinerary which I did a few years ago.

D1: Arrival at Cebu (Transfer to Bohol by ferry, overnight Bohol)
D2: Bohol (Scooter to Chocolate Hills, Bicycle Zip Line, Tasier Sanctuary, Abatan River Firefly Kayaking)
D3: Bohol to Cebu (Morning ferry to Cebu, collect scooter, hike Osmena Peak, Overnight Oslob)
D4: Cebu (Morning Oslob Whale Shark Snorkelling, Tumalog Falls, ride back to Cebu City, Sky Experience at Crown Regency Hotel)
D5: Transfer Out
