need advice on cpu+mobo+ram upgrade

Currently using i5 3570K with Asrock Z77 pro3 mobo.
But mobo recently died so taking this opportunity to upgrade my PC.
Just want to upgrade cpu+mobo+ram (mid range). No need high end.
I haven't been keeping up to date with PC components for quite long so appreciate if I can get some advice here.

Thinking of getting AMD Ryzen 5 2600 or 2600X + GIGABYTE X470 AORUS ULTRA GAMING MOBO + 16GB RAM.
1) Usually I don't overclock so should I get 2600 or 2600X?
2) Need some advice on MOBO. Is GIGABYTE X470 AORUS ULTRA GAMING ok?
3) Need some advice on which RAM to get. Want to get 8x2 = 16GB.

1. 2600x if not oc-ing. You can try 2600 as well to save some cash and it can OC to 2600x levels quite easily. OC is also not too difficult with ryzen

3. At least 3000mhz.
