I need some advice on LPA Form 2.

I am 39 years old male, Singapore, sadly I have no wife and kids. I am planning to do a LPA FORM 2 in case something happens to me in the future.

However, my only available candidates for donee are my elderly parents and younger sister.

All 3 are financially unsavvy (my elderly parents rely on me and actually got my insurance policies a bit messed up). My younger sister has a long and continuous history of financial mismanagement.

Hence, I am looking to do a LPA FORM 2.

But I am not familiar with it. For example, can I set LPA FORM 2to be restrictive in the sense that my donee can only use my assets solely for medical treatment?

PSA: To people who might want to help… TS has a habit of just creating threads and disappear.

not sure if serious about needing help or not…
