Just get a basic board combo from tradepac, don't need to fork out $4XX for that. You could bring it down to $3XX for mobo+CPU

Same as RAM. 8GB Value RAM you could save another $1XX over there. The money buy a SSD boot drive, you will see more benefit than buying a $199 RAM.
