Need advice on PC DIY

I am trying to install liquid cooler for cpu and a new gpu and not sure if this works:-

Casing : CM Storm Stryker full tower
Mobo: Asus ROG Maximus Hero VIII
CPU cooler : Nzxt Kraken x61
GPU : Gigabyte 980ti Waterforce xtreme

1) The top of storm stryker can fit a 240mm fan and some more space but will it allow the x61 radiator which is 280mm to fit in?
2) Where should i install the GPU radiator? If i install it at the back, that left me only 2 fans at the front , seems like the air circulation will be bad?
