Need advice on resolving update error

Hi all, will like to seek advice on the following, saw the prompt to update version for graphic card. Shortly whole pC crash . Tried to reinstall the OS but always fails at the 40%. Citing system error.

Have done the GPT for SSD
Have swopped the ram location.

Question is it due to the graphics card driver got fry?. Cos I can still see the screen.

it happens to me before... go into BIOS and "Load Optimized Defaults" see if it helps. GL
