Need Advice! S3 Charging issue

Recently, my S3(6months old) has not been charging right. Can off it andput it on charge overnight and 8 hours later, its still at the same battery percentage.

Downloaded a widget to monitor the current and it seems that its only charging at 100mA. Read on-line that many people were having issues with the cable itself, so I went to buy 2 new cables and when I plugged it in, it also shows 100mA.

The charger head works perfectly as when I plugged in my friend's nokia's cable, it bumps up to 1.0A.

Anyone has experienced this problem and know where to get cables which can output 1.0A? My wife's S3 also has the same issue.

For cables, you can get original Samsung cables from Qoo. You might also want to try with a different charger to isolate the problem.

Just go down service centre to change the cable. I went down to change twice, even after 6 months. Highlight slow charging to them.

Go samsung service centre is useless...their lousy charger will become faulty after some time.
Get a original nokia charger with the same plug head...the charge is fast & good.
