Need advice to replace laptop storage

hey bro, have been away from the scene for quite a while.. planning to get 2TB sticks for the following laptops, appreciate advice on what i should buy..

Atas laptops get atas ssd lor, like Samsung Pro series. Some comes built with heatsink, but maybe cannot fit in laptop. Or at least get some third-party thin heatsink strip stick on, better than nth. Or maybe your laptop already has some built-in heat spreader on the chassis.
