Hello im Secondary 3 , express
I would like to ask if there are any scholarships in Singapore that are tailored for people with not that fantastic grades , but outstanding leadership and community service background. Thank you!:s13:

There is this Edusave Character award and EAGLES(Edusave award for Achievement,Good Leadership and Service) give out every year.I think the $ is around 300-500,not so sure.The rest of the scholarships are for Top 10%,25% and for those who made huge improvements.
