Unless another typhoon forms up if not Trami would be gone not long after it makes landfall at Fujian..

潭美海陸警報解除 中南部山區防大豪雨



Despite both sea and land warning for typhoon Trami had been lifted, all are reminded to be cautious for heavy rain especially around mountain areas.


Notably areas include Chaiyi, Kaohsiung, Hualien, Taitung, Kinmen and northeastern areas. The Central Weather Bureau also warned of landslides and falling rocks. Long and strong waves are still spotted around Taiwan, all are reminded to be careful when enjoying your sea sports.

（台北讯）台风“潭美”吹袭为台湾带来狂风暴雨，市民生活大受影响。

全台十二个县市昨日停工停课，台湾股市也休市一天。多地传出泥石流等险情，至少造成三死九伤；台湾军方已整备五万多兵力救灾。陆空交通受阻，桃园机场近二百航班延误或取消，逾三万乘客受影响。气象部门预计，潭美会在今日凌晨至上午在福建晋江一带登陆，福建有关部门已严阵以待、防抗台风。

潭美昨日横过台湾北部海面，受其外围环流影响，台湾多地暴雨成灾。台湾北部、东北部滨海地区风急浪高，不时翻起七米高巨浪，声势惊人。
