What mobo? Seeing that u went back to BL, ROG series? Note that asus non rog will go to avertek which is also asrock rma.

I must be confused between avertek asview and asus and asrock liao.

Tradepac exchanged a new motherboard for me. But not before trying to convince me to go to distro directly.

Did a visual inspection that the new board is Free from any visual defects before signing off. The boss told me if still got problem, ask me to approach distro already.

Hi TS, i am the 2nd person after you has such issue. I bought Asus 8H1L-Plus from them today. They ran out of stock and I had for while for new stock so I didn't check when the stock arrived and I just paid and left.

When I was assembling the system, it refused to boot and then i found out and some of the pin bent and very badly.

Going down to Tradepac tomorrow and hopefully they will let me do 1 to 1.

Another issue is I also bought Corsair Obesedian 240 casing from them and I asked it was local stock i.e distributed by Convergent and they said yes. When I opened up the box when I was home, I saw a warranty card by Corsair Hong Kong. Going to ask them about it tomorrow.

For yr Corsair case, is it Carbide Air 240 or Obsidian 250d?

My 250d had a recent issue. Mobo will bent. I dealt with Corsair directly cos the local distro did not reply to my emails.

U may find it a pleasure to deal with Corsair directly. They were prompt in all their replies. Gave me a free shipping ticket to send back the faulty case. Sent me back a brand new case free of charge.

Go to Corsair's website and open a ticket.
