need advise for sli/xfire

Would appreciate anybody who can advise me
I am on a 3k budget. plus minus 500

Need 1) gfx, mobo, ram, casing, monitor (need 2)

Power supply I am not sure if current one enough for sli/xfire ( I have seasonic m12II 620(bronze).

Aldy have dvd drive, keyboard,mouse,1tb hdd, 256gb ssd

purpose is frapping, online game, video editting etc
